You can request green coffee samples through our online sample request form or by emailing info@ydselects.com.Please include your company name, the YD Code of each coffee you would like to try, your approximate required quantity and your delivery address. If you are unsure which coffees suit your needs, tell us your preferred flavour profile, price range and roasting style. We will be happy to recommend suitable lots.Samples are subject to availability.

How do I place an order?

Please contact us through the website or email info@ydselects.com, quoting the relevant YD Code and required quantity.We will confirm availability, price, delivery arrangements and payment terms before issuing your sales contract or order confirmation. Stock shown on our website is intended as a guide and remains subject to final confirmation.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. Our minimum order is one full bag of green coffee.Please contact us with the relevant YD Code and required quantity, and we will confirm availability and the applicable bag size.

Where is your coffee stored?

Accepted Answer

Our UK stock is stored at Vollers UK, while our EU stock is stored at Vollers in the Netherlands. Both are specialist green-coffee warehousing facilities.The availability shown on our live offer lists indicates whether a coffee is Spot, In transit or Sold out. Please check the appropriate UK or EU live-stock page for your market.For storage or warehouse-related enquiries, please email warehouse@ydselects.com.

Can you arrange delivery?

Yes. We can help arrange delivery within the UK and EU, and we can discuss international shipping where required.Alternatively, we can release the coffee to your nominated carrier. How long will delivery take?

Typical delivery time is approximately five working days for both UK and EU orders, subject to stock availability, warehouse release and transport arrangements.In-transit arrival dates are estimates and may change because of shipping, customs or warehouse circumstances.For a delivery estimate or an update on an existing shipment, please email warehouse@ydselects.com.

What payment terms do you offer?

Our standard payment term is seven days from the invoice date.New customers may be asked to make payment before the coffee is released. What is included in the quoted price?

Prices quoted on our offer list are FCA (Free Carrier) and include all warehouse fees. The only additional cost is transportation, where required.We can usually store coffee you have ordered for a few months at no additional cost. Can I reserve coffee that is still in transit?

Yes, subject to availability.Contact us at info@ydselects.com with the YD Code and required quantity. We will confirm the estimated arrival date, reservation terms and payment requirements.Shipping and warehouse dates can change, so all arrival dates should be treated as estimates until the coffee has been received and released by the warehouse.

YD Selects provides a bespoke green-bean service for roasters with different flavour, quality, volume and price requirements.Send us your preferred flavour profile, processing method, origin, intended use, target price and approximate volume.
